What to expect when you book

  • A real person confirms it. During business hours (Mon to Sat, 7am to 7pm) our Austin office confirms your visit, and we offer same-day visits when the schedule allows.
  • A licensed technician comes to you. Our technicians are background-checked Gold Eagle employees, not subcontractors, and we are fully insured.
  • You see the problem and your options first. We show you what we found and lay out your choices, repair as well as replacement, before any work begins.
  • We fix it and clean up. Before we go, we run the system and make sure it is cooling or heating the way it should.
