He reset and unit and spent one hour to monitor the burner to make sure it was working. He did not want to sell anything to me. The ne t day I called the company again because of the same problem. The technician came and still unable to find a component problem. He did not want to sell anything to me, just reset and spent another hour to ensure that there was not fault code. The company did not charge me the second service. The furnace is working now. Gold Eagle Service is a honest company and I will use them in the future."
